I have experienced a couple of kettles which were very noisy when boiling, but this kettle is a lot quieter , and it appears beautiful in my kitchen area. bought the matching toaster as effectively and the the two search quite elegant, There just isn’t much to say about the effectiveness of a kettle – it boils rapidly (as anticipated), but I am delighted to report that it pours nicely – a definite bonus – some kettles dribble! I like the fact that the lid is not the flip-up form, as that sort often fall short soon after a although. The lid has a excellent constructive feel to it when pushed into place, so I have no problems about it coming off even though pouring, but equally, it is not way too difficult to pull off. All in all, a recommended purchase.
